Colorful Bread Pakora

Get the feeling of being an Indian while eating this snack.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

  • 4 slices White Bread
  • 2 nos. Potato, medium
  • 4 tbsps. Tomato Sauce
  • 3 tbsps. Mint, chutney
  • ½ cup Gram flour
  • ¼ tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • Cilantro to taste
  • Green Chilies to taste
  • ½ tbsp All spice powder
  • Vegetable Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Boil potatoes, after boiling mash the potatoes and put them aside.
  2. Now take frypan and put vegetable oil into that after that put mashed potatoes into the frypan.
  3. To the frypan, add chopped green chilli, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt and then mix well all the potatoes, in the end garnish this mixture with chopped coriander leaves. Put this mixture aside.
  4. Then make a paste of gram flour {thick paste}, add a little salt & little red chilli powder to this paste, "Methee Soda". Put this paste aside.
  5. Now take 1 slice of Bread and spread the Potato masala on this slice in appropriate quantity, the take the 2nd slice of Bread and put upon the first slice of bread and then spread tomato ketchup on this slice then take 3rd slice of Bread and spread mint{pudina} chutney on this slice then put 4th slice of bread on.
  6. Then take all the four slice together and dip into the gram flour{besan} paste and then deep fry in vegetable oil until it looks light brown.
  7. And in the end cut into three pieces & "Tiranga" is ready to eat.
