ok guys, I make this recipe also. it comes out good. bake the pieces as said in recipe. when you put the ras malai to bake in oven do let it get brown or else it will break. a little brown and also put milk to boil in pot about 3 liters per 3 pounds of ricotta cheese. just use whole milk put cardamon powder, sliced pista badam and rose water. and also save 3 tablespoons of ricotta cheese for milk and add to milk mixture. boil for at least 20 minutes medium heat stirring occasionally so it will not burn. pour this over rasmalai pieces in large dessert bowl. let it cool and chill in refrigerator. you can't go wrong.

This recipe is incomplete....Iam sure there's more to it than just baking the ricotta cheese and sugar and decorating it with pistas!
