Bread Pakoda

A quick, filling & easy snack!

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 8 slices of bread
    • 2 potatoes
    • salt to taste
    • 1 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1 tsp cumin powder
    • 1 tsp chaat masala
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
    • 1/2 tsp saunf
    • 2-3 green chillies chopped
    • 1 bunch coriander chopped
    • 3 tbsp besan(chickpea flour)
    • oil for frying

     

     

    Directions

    1. Cut the bread slices into triangular shape & keep aside
    2. Boil & mash potatoes then mix salt, chillies, cumin powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, coriander seeds, saunf & coriander. mix well & keep aside
    3. Now make a paste of besan by adding salt, red chilli powder & water (not very thin)
    4. Take a slice of bread put some potato stuffing on it then cover with another slice of bread !
    5. Then dip this in the besan paste & deep fry!
    6. Serve with maggi tamarind sauce!
