Vegetable Raitha

A super easy accompaniment for your rice dishes

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 3 cups fresh curd
    • 1 big carrot(cut into small pieces)
    • 1 medium cucumber(cut into small pieces)
    • 1 small tomato (cut into pieces)
    • 1 onion (finely chopped)
    • 1 bunch of corriander(finely chopped)
    • 2 tsps cumin powder or chat masala
    • 3 green chillies(sliced)
    • salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Beat  curds till smooth.
    2. Add all vegetables and salt, mix it.
    3. Sprinkle cumin powder.
    4. Keep in refrigerator and serve cold with biryani or any rice dishes.
