This is a nice recipe. Turned out to be really nice. But I did not understand the meaning
of parboiled rice and so I partially boiled the rice. You have mentioned in the recipe sombu
but I am a Gujarati so it took time for me to figure out that you meant fennel seeds.

Hi, This is a traditional dish but we dont add jeera,curry leaves and green chillies, and ginger.
However, we add only red chillis and hing.
