Fish Tikka in Green Masala

Very easy to make but fantastic to taste.

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings


    • 500 gm fish tikka of 2'x2'in size
    • 1 cup mint leaves
    • 1 cup green coriender leaves
    • 5 green chilly
    • 2 inch ginger
    • 20 cloves of garlic
    • 1 tsp garam masala powder
    • 1 tsp chaat masala
    • 3 lemon
    • onion for salad
    • veg oil
    • salt 

    Directions

    1. Make a fine paste of mint, coriender, chilly, ginger and garlic.
    2. Add salt and garam masala powder, and mix well.
    3. Make cut into fish tikka, and rub salt and lemon, and put them aside for 1/2 hour. 
    4. After that coat it with green masala and marinate them for one hour.
    5. Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, put fish with green masala and shallow fry tikkas from all sides.
    6. Put them in a serving dish and sprinkle little chat masala.
    7. Serve it with onion salad and lemon wedge.
