Iced chocolate cream

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 8 tbsp chocolate sauce
    • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
    • 8 tsp instant coffee powder
    • 4 cups chilled milk
    • 1 tbsp whipped cream
    • chocolate vermicelli

    Directions

    1. Line four Irish glasses with chocolate sauce and place them in freezer till the chocolate sets.
    2. Blend together the vanilla ice cream, instant coffee powder and cold milk in blender and mix well.
    3. Divide the mixture equally between the prepared glasses.
    4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles of chocolate vermicelli.
