Rice puri

evening time snacks.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 100 g of rice flour.
    • 50 g of wheat flour.
    • 50 g rava (sooji)
    • 1 cup onions (chopped)
    • 1 tbsp green chilles paste
    • salt to taste
    • 3 tsp coriander (chopped)
    • curry leaves (chopped)
    • 3 tsp cashew nuts (chopped)
    • ½ tsp cooking soda
    • oil for deep fry.

    Directions

    1. Take a bowl and add all the above ingredients and make a soft dough.
    2. Coat the dough with oil and set aside for 10 to 15mins.
    3. Heat the oil in frying pan
    4. Give the dough shape of puri's and deep fry it in hot oil.
    5. Then the rice puri is ready to sever.
    6. Serve it with mint or coconut chutney.
