Seekh kebab

Ingredients


  • 450 g Lamb, minced
Following should be all chopped together:
  • 2 medium size Onions
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 1.5 cm (0.5 inch) of ginger
  • 1-2 Green chilli (de-seeded)
  • 2-4 sprigs Fresh coriander
Dry Masala:
  • 2-3 Cardamoms (small, green, ground)
  • 1-2 Cardamom (Black, ground large)
  • A pinch to 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds (whole)
  • 1 tbsp Dry coriander

Directions

  1. Put all directly lamb in a large bowl and add the sliced onion, garlic, ginger, coriander and chillies.
  2. Next, add all the  masala and thoroughly confused either with your hand or a wooden spoon.
  3. Take big hands full, and make long kebab using the handle of a wooden spoon.
  4. Put foil on your grill and put into your hot grilled kebabs.
  5. Cook on all sides until brown.
  6. Serve on lettuce bed.
  7. GARNISH with tomatoes, onion rings, chillies and coriander.

ASAK Mariyah, Both ur seekh Kebab & dum chicken seem to have nice ingredients. I will soon give both of them a try. Thanks 4 sharing.
