Heat oil in a non stick pan ( a little more than usual) and add finely chopped onions saute it well it nice golden
Add tomatoes slit chilly, ginger garlic paste, dhania powder, jeera powder, curry powder, and mix well , till it starts leaving oil for edges.
Add salt, with a spoon make small pockets in the gravy and drop broken eggs in this pockets and cover it, let it on sim flame for 10 -15 mins, add kasuri methi. and cover it.
