Fried Mirch

Mouthwaterng.. Hot.. enhances taste of any kind of Indian Food.

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings

    • 100 gms Green Chillies (Thick and long variety)
    • 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
    • 1/2 tbsp Amchur Powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 pinch Hing
    • 1 tbsp Mustard Oil



    1. Wash and pat dry the fresh green chillies
    2. Make a cut in the centre lengthwise without cutting it apart (to fill the masala). Let it rest.
    3. Mix Coriander Powder, Amchur and Salt
    4. Fill the mixture in the slit chillies
    5. Heat oil in a kadahi/wok.
    6. Once warm add hing and then add the chillies
    7. Mix and the cover the lid.
    8. Stir after 2-3 mins and cook till chillies are slightly tender.
    9. Its hot and its ready.....

    Can be stored for 3-4 days under refrigeration. Enhances taste of any kind of routine/dull food instantaneously.  Must try.....

    it's so simple really.. i too make this kinda chilli fry.. just add 1 tbsp gound fennel seeds a pinch of kalaunji & a pinch of haldi to enhance the flavour & taste..
