Chikoo milk shake

easy to make and healthy to drink milk shake

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 4 Chikoos
    • 1/2 liter milk
    • 8 tbsp granulated sugar
    • ice cubes

    Directions

    1. Remove skin and seeds from chikoo and cube.
    2. Place cubed chikoo and sufficient amount of milk in mixer jar. Run mixer until smooth paste is obtained.
    3. Add rest of milk, sugar and ice cubes and run mixer for 15-20 seconds more.
    4. Serve chilled in tall glasses.

    hello.In this milkshake u can add dates(khajoor).tastes really good.i heard from where n tried.

    TO Shweta, Hi Shweta, sorry to correct you, but Chikoos are not Custard Apples. They are known as Sapota in english. Custard apple is the english name for what is commonly called Sitaphal in India.
