Ingredients
vegetarian
4 servings
2 cups of radish grated
1 teaspoon of ajwain seeds
8-10 green chillies chopped
1/2 tea spoon of ginger grated
1/4 cup of corriander leaves chopped
1 table spoon of maida
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
Directions
Mix grated radish, ajwain seeds, green chillies, corriander leaves , maida and salt in a bowl
make it dough. Do not add water.
Take a lemon sized mix, flatten it
Do the same for the rest
Deep fry
Enjoy with tea/coffee in monsoons
