Ginger in curds

Good for health, carminative, all time favourite

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1/2 cup grated ginger
    • 1 tea spoon cumin seeds
    • 1/2 cup grated cocount
    • 4 cups curds
    • 1 table spoon oil
    • Salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in a kadai
    2. Add grated ginger, cumin seeds
    3. fry for 2 minutes
    4. Grind the fried ginger, cumin seeds along with grated coconut
    5. Add the ground ginger, cumin and cocount mix to curds.
    6. Add salt to taste.
    7. Serve with hot rice

    Dear Mohammad Anwar Memon, Fry ginger and jeera except coconut. let it cool, grind along with coconut . Add curds. thats it. its very easy

    Anuratha, please tell me that do have to mix the gounded mixture of ginger/cumin seeds/coconut in the cold curds or we have to put the Curds also to put in the pan on when it is hot only then to mix above mixture. Do we have to cool down the mixuture of fried ginger/cumin seeds (coconut already seems to be cold) before putting the same into the grinding machine. ?
