In all these recepies only maida is used along with corn flour ,never wheat flour .

U can add 2 tbsp besan powder with maida and last stage u can add 1 tbsp tomato ketcup for more taste and can substitute with redchilli sauce with chilli flakes.Finally add Chopped Fresh Coriander, it looks nice. Thank you

I was reading the comments section , and all the questions asked I have made Gobi Manchurian many times ..so coming back to the question as to whether it's Maida or wheat ka atta (wheat flour) its always Maida , when they say just Flour,other wise its always mentioned. but try adding some besan ka atta and a little bit of rice ka atta (flour) its comes out nice a crispy along with the maida off course

please let us know what flour is used, maida or wheat flour or anything else and isnt any sauce used for such recepies like soya sauce or ajinomoto.
