Try dis traditional method of steaming...take a broad vessel,half fill it wid water on dis place a strainer(d one used for strainin rice),place d momos on dis cover wid a lid n cook...d momos will get steam cooked...hope dat helps!

i tried momos after reading ur recipe from khanakhazana, and i steamed it in idle stand . can u tell me the other way to steam the momos. But it was very tasty. Thanks .

Sorry Sir, Just trying for an hour,but couldn't find any recipes of Sanjeevji's.But a great fan of him,after watching his show in ZEE T.V. made lots of dishes by his creation in cooking.And as my husband is very finiky.I love cooking very much.
