Chicken Chili Fry

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 Chicken
    • 3-4 tbsp chilly sauce
    • 1-2 green chillies (finely chopped)
    • 1-2 tbsp finely chopped ginger
    • 50 gms French beans
    • 1 Small carrot
    • 1 Cup finely chopped celery
    • 1 Onion
    • 2 tsp Ajinomotto
    • 2 Flakes garlic
    • Little oil
    • Salt, pepper and sugar

    Directions

    1. Wash and cut the chicken.
    2. Marinate with ginger, garlic, green chillies, chilly sauce and salt keep aside for 3-4 hours.
    3. Heat a little oil. Add ¼ tsp Ajinomotto and the chicken keep on a low fire (stirring every few minutes)
    4. When the chicken is cooked and the water has dried up remove from the fire.
    5. Heat a little oil in another vessel and fry the onion till half cooked
    6. Add vegetables salt, pepper, Ajinomotto and sugar when vegetables are half cooked remove from the fire.
    7. Spread in a serving dish and the chicken on top
