Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • raw rice-250gm.
    • milk-500ml.
    • water-100ml.
    • sugar or grated jaggery-reqrd amt.
    • ghee or butter-reqrd amt.
    • salt-reqrd amt.

    Directions

    • put rice,water,milk,salt in a cooker.
    • cook till you get (soft)pongal consistancy.
    • serve with sugar or jaggery with ghee or butter.
