Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    1/2 kg mutton (1 inch pcs)

    1 tsp raw papaya

    salt to taste

    green chilli paste 1/2 tsp

    red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

    black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

    ginger paste 1 tsp

    kebab chini 1/4 tsp

    zeera 1 tsp

    dhanya powder 1 tsp

    oil for deep frying

    tooth picks mint leaves onion rings and lemon slices for garnish



    marinate mutton with raw papaya and set aside for an hour and then add all other ingridients and let it marinate for another hour

    pin 3 pcs each in tooth pick and deep fry

    serve with lemon slices onion rings and mint leaves
