Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings

    • 1/2 kg cabbage
    • 250 g peas
    • 250 g carrots(cut into julienne cutting)
    • 1/2 kg potatoes(cut into medium size pieces)
    • 250 g spring onion (only green part)
    • 250 g capsicums(cut into square shape)
    • half cup of small fenugreek leaves
    • 5 chopped tomatoes (remove the skin)
    • 2 tsp cumin seeds
    • 2 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1 tsp turmeric powder
    • 6-8 thin green chillies
    • 1 tbsp fresh garlic paste
    • salt to taste
    • oil as required


    1. Heat oil in a cooking pot and add cumin seeds when its splutter then add garlic paste,chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt and stir it for few seconds.
    2. Now add vegetables and mix for 2-3 minutes with medium flame.
    3. Then add tomatoes and cover with a lid with low flame.
    4. When vegetables will be half done then add green chillies.
    5. Serve with chapatis.
