Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    •  
      • 200 gms Paneer/cottage cheese(cut into small cubes)
      • 2 cups rice(uncooked and soaked in water for 20 mins)
      • vegetable oil
      • 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
      • 4-5 seeds black pepper
      • 2 cloves
      • 2 tsp. Cumin / Zeera seeds
      • 1 onion(sliced)
      • 2 Cardamom
      • 1 tez patta
      • 1 Cinnamon-small stick
      • 1/2 turmeric powder
      • 2 tsp red chilli powder
      • 1/2 tsp garam masala
      • 1 ans 1/2 cup mixed vegetables(cauliflower,carrot,potato,peas)
      • corriander leves(chopped)
      • salt to taste 
      • Water as needed

    Directions

    • Heat oil and deep fry the paneer cubes till its edges become golden.Keep aside.

    • In a pressure cooker heat oil and put zeera,black pepper seeds,clove,Cardamom,Cinnamon and tez patta.

    •  Then add ginger-garlic paste and  onion slices fry till it becomes golden brown.

    • Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder to it and again fry for 1 min.

    • Now add mixed vegetables and add paneer cubes and fry.

    Now add garam masala and rice and corriander leaves.

    • Then add water as needed and close the pressure cooker.cook it.
