shezwan kheema tikki is very chatpata starter specially in party or any Get-togather


  • 1 bowl minced chicken(1/4 kg approx)
  • 2 tbsp shezwan sauce.
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste.(optional)
  • 1 tsp vinegar.
  • 2 tsp rice flour
  • 2 tsp maida.
  • 1 bowl boiled noodles.
  • salt as per taste.
  • oil to deep fry.


  1. Wash chicken kheema and remove excess water from it.
  2. Marinate it with vinegar for at least ten min.
  3. Add shezwan sauce,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,salt and mix well.
  4. Then add rice flour and maida and divide mixture into equal balls and flatten them
  5. And give them the shape of tikki.
  6. Place boiled noodles on one side of tikki and press it slightly
  7. Do the same with remaining tikki's and deep fry all tikki
  8. Serve hot with tomato sauce
