nice sooo temptingg wow the pic itself makes me mouth watering. i just used the same ingridients used in veg manchurian. just try it and gather a big round of applause jusss go fr it. its really tasty . TRIED IT . CAN BE USED AS SIDE DISH IN PARANTHES N ALSO IN RICE IF U MAKE IT WET

Ingredients


  • 1 big storied Paneer
  • ½ tsp Food color, Red
  • 2 capsicum chopped long 
  • 2 onions chopped long
  •  green chillies
  • garlic chopped
  • ginger n garlic paste
  • shalgam stems n coriander for garnishing
  • 1 cup corn flour can use maida as substitute
  • 1 tps of soda
  • 3 tps soya sauce
  • 4 tps tomato sauce
  • 2 tps chilli sauce
  • agino moto (salt) if posibble not necessary
  • salt
  •  white pepper powder (black will also do)

Directions

  1. Take a bowl add corn flour, red colour , salt to taste and a pinch of soda
  2. Now dip the slices of paneer one by n fry in oil make it like a bhajia keep it aside
  3. Now take a pan and fry onions , green chillies n capsicum in oil
  4. Add salt and agino moto ( chinese salt)
  5. Now add paneer pecies to it make sure that the onions n capisicum are half boiled till the end
  6. Add gralic chopped, garlic n ginger paste
  7. In a cup take little bit of corn floor and wet through water
  8. Now add this corn flour paste stir it well
  9. Add soya sauce , tomato sauce , chilli sauce and stir it well
  10. Add white pepper powder 
  11. One tps of vinegar at last 
  12. Add the shalgam stems if posibble fry it in butter and coriander garnish 
  13. Yummyy now eat it

dear lavanya, dis is ma family's fav dish. n whenever i made dis dish der wz no need of food color. bt seriously jst luv dis recipe!!... :-)
