This drink is served in our weddings along with Biryani and it is basically a spicy lassi.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 3 cup thick curd
    • 3 cup milk/water
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • 2 hot green chilli 
    • a good bunch of fresh mint leaves
    • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
    • 1 1/2 tsp salt
    • 3 tsp sugar
    • 1/4 tsp black salt(kala namak) (opt)

    * u can adjust te amount of sugar & salt upon ur taste but the proportion of sugar should always be double the salt

    Directions

    1. In a blender combine all the above ingredients.
    2. Blend well and get  a thick milk shake type texture.Pour out in a
    3. chill in the refrigerator for and hour & serve chilled in individual glasses decorating it with few mint leaves.

    I LOVE IT BUT AT SOME POINT I DIDN'T LIKE THE MINT WAT IF U USE CORIANDER, U KNW I MADE A LITTLE CHANGE ADDING GINGER TASTE REALLY GOODD
