Toppings on Monaco biscuits

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

  • 2 tb.sp. hung curd
  • 1 tb.sp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tb.sp.grated cheese or cheese spread
  • 2 spring onions(white part) finely chopped
  • 2 tb.sp. capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 tb.sp. cucumber finely chopped
  • 1/2 t.sp. Jalepeno peppers
  • 1/4 t.sp. black pepper pwd
  • 1 pkt monaco biscuits(any salted biscuits)
  • Few sprigs coriander or mint
  • Red, Yellow capsicum for garnishing
  • Salt very little

Directions

  1. Mix hung curd + mayonnaise + cheese + capsicum + cucumber + spring onion + Jalepeno peppers + black pepper pwd + a pinch of salt.
  2. Check for salt.
  3. Put 1.t.sp. on each biscuit.
  4. Garnish with red, yellow capsicum or mint sprig or coriander sprig what ever is available.
  5. Serve immediately.
