Arabian chutney

This chutney is very famous in the Gulf states. When u buy rice this is a must to come along with it.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 4 Tomatoes
    • 2 hot green chili
    • a small piece of bell pepper
    • 1 tbsp coriander leaves
    • 2 cloves of Garlic
    • 1/2 tsp salt 
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice.
    • 4 tbsp water

    Directions

    1. In a blender combine all your ingredients together.
    2. Blend into a fine & smooth paste. 
    3. Bring out in small individual bowls.
    4. Serve with rice or any starter. 

    * This chutney does not stay for too long & must be consumed within a day.
