Baby corn-carrot stir fry

A simple but delectable dish.Very healthy and attractive as well.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 cup baby corn(slantly cut)
    • 1 cup carrot (cut in the same shape as corn)
    • 1 medium onion (diced)
    • little ginger , Julienned
    • 3-4 pods of garlic (sliced)
    • 2-3 green chillies (split)
    • little onion seeds
    • little mustard seeds
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • turmeric and red chilli powder 1/4 tsp each
    • salt according to taste
    • green coriander for garnishing

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in a wok and add onion and mustard seeds.allow to splutter.
    2. Put all the vegetables together and fry over medium high flame.
    3. After 3-4 mnts add dry spices and salt;cover and cook over slow fire.
    4. If needed add little water and cover.
    5. Garnish and serve with chapati.
