Tomato Paneer

Paneer pieces cooked with tomato and spices

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 cup Paneer pieces
    • 1/2 cup tomato paste with 1 tsp fennel seeds, 2 sambar onions, 3 whole red chillies, 1 cm ginger piece and 2 garlic flakes
    • 1 1/2 tsp salt
    • 2 tsp refined oil
    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • 2 tsp ghee

    Directions

    1. Heat ghee in a kadai and fry the paneer pieces for 2 mins.keep it aside.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and fry cumin seeds,then tomato paste and salt for 3-4 mins.
    3. Add the fried paneer pieces and cook for 3 more mins.
    4. That's all . Serve hot with rice or chapathis.
