Moong Dosa

Low Cal Tasty Dosa

It isa yummy low calorie, yet tasty Dosa

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

  • 3 cup whole green moong
  • 1/2 cup channa dal
  • 2 tps whole coriander seeds
  • 1 tps whole jeera
  • 5-6 green chilly
  • 1/4 inch ginger
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Soak moog and channa dal overnight,  then grind it with rest of ingredients to a smooth dosa batter.
  2. Keep it a side  for 1/2 hr
  3. Now in a nonstick pan make a dosa as we all usually make add 1 to 2 drops of oil if nessasary.
  4. Serve it hot

add a few garlic cloves ground with the batter for added taste with a pinch of hing.

U can even add some amount of Poha while grinding to make the dosas crispy.
