Amle ki chutney

Gooseberry Chutney

it is sour and tasty chutney and full of Vitamin C

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 250 g amla (gooseberry)
    • 3 bunches corriander leaves
    • 15 to 20 green chillies
    • 4 to 5 tbsp oil
    • 1/2 tsp rai
    • salt to taste
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

      

    Directions

    1. Mash the amla, green chillies and corriander leaves in hand grinder and leave it for one day.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and add rai when it starts bursting add amla mixture and turmeric powder.
    3. Mix it well for 2 to 3 min.
    4. Serve it with chapati.
