chana dal upma

  • 1/2 katori Chana dal,

  • salt,as per taste

  • jeera1/2 tbs spoon,

  • chopped coriander ,

  • red chilli powder1/2 tbs spoon ,

  • green chillies 4,

  • 1 lemon juice ,

  • oil 5 tbs spoon


  1. Soaked chana dal overnight grind it with jeera ,green chillies.take oil in pan put jeera and red chilli powder and put that chana dal mixture add salt and cover the pan with lid for some time.Fry it well and add little lemon juice add chopped coriander leaves at the serving time.
