1 cup Oats
Water (per requirement)
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
¾ tsp Green Chilli paste
1 tbsp Jeera powder
Salt, to taste
¼ cup Diced tomates
Capsicum, Chopped and without seeds, optional
Coriander, for garnish
Bring water to boil in a saucepan.
As soon as the water boils, add the oats and cook for about 4 - 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
While the oats are still on flame, add the salt, jeera powder and green chilli paste.
Remove the oats from the flame and let them cool for 2 minutes.
Now add the lemon juice, diced tomatoes and the capsicum.
Garnish with corinader. Serve immdeiately.
