Egg scrambled Country style

Scrambled eggs with potatoes

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings


    • 2 eggs
    • 2 cubed potatoes
    • 1 big sliced onion
    • 1 sliced tomato
    • Mustard oil
    • 2-3 chopped green chillies
    • coriander leaves
    • 1 tsp haldi
    • salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Firstly heat mustard oil at high so that the raw smell goes away, then fry chopped onions, tomatoes green chillies.
    2. Put haldi powder , salt to taste.
    3. then stir in cubed potatoes and fry them till they are tender.
    4. add little water if require,to make them tender.
    5. lastly when potatoes are done , beat the eggs and put them and stir continously.
    6. lastly put coriander leaves and serve hot with puri or chappaties.
