eggs & mint combination

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings


    • 4 slice bread
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tbs mayo
    • 1 cup coriander
    • 1/2 cup mint
    • 3-4 green chilies
    • 1 lemon juice
    • salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Make chutney with coriander, mint and green chilies, adjust salt to taste
    2. Take 2 tbs mayo and mix with 1 tbs chutney and 1 tsp lemon juice
    3. Boil eggs and slice them
    4. Cut down crust from slices and spread chatny over each slice
    5. Now place egg slices on bread slice and cover it with other one
    6. Cut them in triangle shape and serve
