Prawn Rice

Fried Rice

Everyones favorite rice, additionally prepared with Prawns.

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings


    • 2 cup cooked basmati rice
    • 200gm cooked prawns
    • 2 tsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    • 1 sliced pak choi(chinese cabbage)
    • 1 egg(beaten)
    • Salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Heat a pan with half of oil & half of ginger-garlic paste.
    2. Add egg & stir it until the egg is cooked, then remove it from fire & keep aside .
    3. Now heat remaining oil & ginger-garlic paste in a pan. now add prawns & pak choi  & let it cook for 2 min.
    4. Now add the cooked rice & egg, sprinkle salt -mix it with prawns &  then serve hot.
