Simplest method to make chocolate

The name comes from the quantities of ingredients and from the fact that it is so simple to make. No ghee or butter is added.

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings

  • 1 cup Chocolate, drinking chocolate is fine
  • 2 cups Dry Milk
  • 3 cups Sugar

Directions

  1. Mix chocolate powder and the milk powder well. Keep aside.
  2. Keep little water on heat and add sugar. Make it boil, Wait till sugar syrup thickens.
  3. Slowly add the chocolate and milk powder and stir.
  4. Remove from heat. Keep on strring till the mixture thickens.
  5. Pour on a greased plate and cut into pieces.

hi...like the previous comment, the quantity of water that should be used to prepare chocolate is not mentioned, please do the necessary corrections ASAP!!!

Hi the quantity of water used fr making sugar syrup is missing........... how shud one go abt making the chocolate if the ingredients are missing from the recipe?????????? the person who has posted this recipe shud do the necessary corrections ASAP
