Soya Kofta Curry

Curry made of Soy nuggets

Soya nuggets are a favorite of many because of its chunky and yummy feel in your mouth.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


  1. Prepare soya nuggets as per pack instructions.
  2. In a bowl, add maida, baking powder, 1 tsp green chilli paste, 1 tsp sugar, a pinch of salt and water.
  3. Make a smooth batter. Make sure that no lumps are formed. Cover soya nuggets with an even layer of the batter, deep fry them and keep them aside.
  4. Now, heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan and add 1 tsp green chilli paste, 1 tsp sugar, tomato ketchup and curd.
  5. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes. Add garam masala, salt and soya nuggets.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.



Very nice and tasty, i did not have the chilly paste, but instead added chilly pwd for the batter and pinch of chopped chillies before adding the curd & instead of adding two tbsp of all spice pwd I added one tbsp, as I was afraid of it being too spicy. It turned out awesome and the infusion of the ingredients was complimented each other.
