Mutton do pyaza

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings

  • 1/2 kg mutton with bones
  •  3 big onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • red chillies (whole)
  • salt to tate
  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  • garam masala 

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a presssure cooker.
  2. Add garam masala.
  3. Add only one onion (sliced) till brown
  4. Add mutton pieces and fry 5 min.
  5. Then add ginger garlic paste and mix well for anoter 5 min
  6. Add salt, haldi powder in 2 sliced onions,
  7. Mix well , cut red chillies into two or three parts and add on it.
  8. Keep on low flame for 5 min, don't add water,
  9. Close pressure cooker lid for 10-15 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on size and style of pressure cooker
  10. Open the lid and keep on flame till oil separates and floats to top.
  11. Now its ready serve hot with chapaties

hi u given arecipe and he said about tomato but they didnt said about when tomato when gona add

for actual dopiyaza flavour you never use tomatoes but use yogurt..you will see the difference..and it is served with onions with vinegar marination...apread naan slices and pour do piyaza masala and pour onions...
