Many of you have asked how to prepare perfect Pav Bhajis. Here is how I make it. Use whatever vegetables you have in your refrigerator.

I liked the way of adding capsicum(bell pepper),as otherwise i used to put the whole pepper into the p.cooker and then peel it off which i felt a bit difficult and messy too....rest of the recipe is just as mine....very nice

You can add any vegetable except veggies that are sour (example Karela, Methi leaves etc).... to make it healthy add pumpkin and spinach ( that kids avoid)

It was one mind blowing recipe... we can add any vegetables that we have a liking for... the way onions, bell peppers and tomatoes are asked to be sauted and then mixed with boiled vegetables, gives this a classic adn crisp effect... just like a bombay bhaji... Cheers to the recipe!! Looking forward to such amazing recipes from your site....

for authentic taste grind red chillies and garlic to fine paste, u can add a few spices to kill the raw smell of red chillies. before adding onion, add jeera and choppd capsicum to the butter.

i would like to suggest that the bhajhi would taste better if we grind the onion and tomatoes instaead of chopping it.

This recipe is pretty good, but it assumes that we know what vegetales have to be put in. People who don't know idea about this dish and making 1st time, how do they know what vegetables are appropriate? recipe just sayin ( cauliflower, potatoes...etc) This is very disappointing. Because there is nothing like ETC.. when u cook.....so i guess this need to change. I would like to let others know what vegetables to use: Cabbage Cauliflower, Potatoes, Peas, Tuvar ( like green peas), Brinjal, Bell Pepper

its ok but addition of brinjal would have resulted in great improvement in taste....

in this recipe if you're really looking for "mumbai-style pav bhaji" then in vegetables you must add green beans instead of carrots with cauliflower & also you have to add a lots of butter during the preparation itself

Supperbs! No one in Thailand can make it!

It would have been better if there was a snapshot of the dish.
