Read here to understand what copyright infringement means: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright_infringement it's the same as if someone came into your home and likes your vase and decides to take it without your permission. you would make a fuss too right? the fact is i am the grown up in this kindergarten group!!

2/27/2009 1:49 AM by MeetaK Khushboo, I do not believe my language was in anyway incorrect. Even if you liked my picture you have to understand that what you did violated several copyright laws. Each of my pictures are copyrighted, licensed and protected against such kind of infringement. This could have landed not only you but also Khana Khazana into a lot of trouble if I had decided to take legal actions. For this purpose I have watermarked each of my picture (as you must have noticed) and very clearly mentioned my copyright notice on three different sections of my blog, including at the bottom of each post. I think one cannot miss this at all. Thank you for replacing the picture.

Since the contributor of this recipe has accepted and changed the image as per the complain, we have removed unnecessary flurry of comments left by others. Although editors of the site do run an originality check at the time of accepting a recipe to be published, it is virtually impossible to determine conclusively whose content is original (who published it first)
