In microwave i think u need to keep it for about 8-10 mins .. try it

my aunt makes this pudding, (we call it flan) and she has tried not only with vanilla, but with real fruit like strawberry, guava, also philadelphia cheese, its delicious... try it!!!

I do make this, but we call egg pudding. it is surely very tasty and non resistant. I put this in masala ka dabba (covered) and placed in covered pot with half water filled and let it cook for 40-45 minutes.

hi jeeny, Yeah you have to put in the water in the pressure cooker.The water should be atleast 1/2 the cooker & secondly the whistle should be used...i hope your doubts are claered..thanx

Hi.. the recipe sounds good but i wanna ask that 1. in pressure cooker do we have to use water or just keep the bowl covered with lid directly in the cooker. 2. also should the whistle be used or without whistle cook for 1/2 an hour it wud be kind of u if u clear these doubts of mine .. thnx...
