Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • drumstick leaves-2cups.
    • ghee  -4 to 5 tsp.
    • whole jeera -1tsp   or  jeera powder-3/4 tsp.
    • boiled rice-2cups.
    • salt-reqrd amt.

    Directions

    • put  jeera  or jeera powder and  ghee  in a pan  and  heat  in a slow  flame.
    • after getting  good  smell.add drumstick  leaves'
    • saute  well till raw smell  goes  off.
    • then,add boiled rice   and  salt.
    • saute for  3 to 4 mins .put off flame.
    • serve  with   fried potatoes  or  appalam  or   fish fry  or chicken  or  mutton  fry  or  potato chips.
