Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • Drumstick leaves-2cups.
    • Jeera-1/2 tsp.
    • Gingelly oil-2tsp.
    • Grated coconut-1/4 cup.
    • Salt-requird amount.
    • Red Chilli-1no.

    Directions

    1. Wash the leaves well.
    2. Heat oil in a pan , add red chilly and  jeer.
    3.  When you get good  Smell, add onion and saute well.
    4. When it becomes transparent. Add drumstick leaves.
    5. Saute for  2 min. Adds a little amount of water.
    6. Close  the lid. Cook in a Sim mode.
    7. After done, add grated coconut and salt.
    8. Mix well. Put off fire and serve.
