Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings


    • lamb chest bone-250gm
    • crushed ginger-1/2-3/4tsp
    • crushed garlic-1tsp
    • green chilli-1
    • onion-1/2no
    • tomato(optional)-1/2
    • gingelly oil(optional)-2tsp
    • crushed pepper powder-1/2-3/4tsp
    • turmeric powder-1/2-3/4tsp
    • coriander leaves-1/2handful
    • salt-as reqrd
    • water-700ml

    Directions

    • put all ingredients except- coriander leaves,pepper powder.gingelly oil-in a cooker
    • cook untill the bone will become soft&tender
    • open the lid,keep boil for 2 min
    • put off fire .add crushed pepper.coriander leaves
    • if you want ,add 2tsp gingelly oil and serve hot.
