Ingredients

- 1 chicken breast
- 2 cheese slices
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 potatoes
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 tbsp plain flour
- Oil to requirement
Directions
- Roll a chicken breast with a rolling pin.
- Marinate it with ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
- Coat it with 4 tbsp plain flour and fry.
- Slice 2 potatoes in circle form and boil them.
- Also slice tomatoes in circle form.
- Place a slice of tomato on a slice of potato, and a piece of chicken and cheese slice over it.
- Insert a shashlaik stick through it.
- Sprinkle ½ tsp black pepper and bake it in pre heated oven at 200c for 10 minutes.
