macaroni ke pakode

i learnt this recipe from a friend & it turned out really tasty & favz for my husband.

Ingredients


  • 1 cup boiled macaroni(salted, any shape)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp finely chopped green chilli
  • 1 small sized onion finely chopped
  • 4 tsp green coriander chopped
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 3 heaped tsp besan
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • oil for frying

Directions

  1. Mix all the above mentioned ingredients with hands properly, doesn't matter to break the macaroni its is actually good to deform it, guessing games can be played!
  2. If the mixture is too dry just add a little bit of oil & water , but it should be not too flowy, enough consistency to hold in hands & make balls out of it.
  3. Heat oil in a cauldron, once its done deep fry the pakodas on low flame so that they get cooked from inside as well. serve with tomato ketchup or meethi chutney.
  4. lemon juice should be added at the time when you are ready to fry , if you mixed it before & waited for sometime it will turn whole mixture bitter. To maintain sour flavour just add before frying
