Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 big onion, finely diced
    • 2-3 greem mirchi, depend on your spice level
    • a pinch of tumeric powder
    • salt according to taste
    • 1 1/2 cup of milk
    • corriander, finely chopped for serving
    • pinch of jeera
    • 3-4 tbsp oil for frying the onion

    Directions

    1. heat oil in a pan. add jeera when the oil is hot and then fry the onions  and green chilli until brown.

    2. meanwhile heat milk until its boil, do not let the milk get cold.

    3. when the onion are brown and chilli are brown add the milk in to the pan.

    4. add tumeric powdre and salt and mix well

    5. let it cook for like 2-3 minutes.

    6. serve with the corriander on top.
