Sour Cream Dip

Ingredients

• 1 big cup Sour Cream(I used Daisy)
• 1 tbsp Spring Onion (only  Green, finely chopped)
• 1/4 cup Cucumber (finely chopped)
• 10-12 Sweet peppers/Chillies (finely chopped)
• 1 tbsp finely chopped Cilantro (Coriander leaves)
• 1 pickled Jalapeno (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce
• 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
• Salt

Directions

1. Mix well all the ingredients in big bowl.
2. Wrap it up with a plastic tightly & refrigerator for 3-4 hrs.
3. Serve with corn chips/ spread on bread/eat with chapati, etc. Excellent for parties.
