Tiranga kabab

chicken pieces cooked like indian tricolor as a kabab.

delicious tiranga kabab which makes your mouth to water....

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    •  600 gm boneless chicken.(2 inch cubes)
    • 1 cup yoghurt.
    • 1 tbsp ginger paste.
    • 1 tbsp green chilly paste.
    • 1 tbsp lime juice.
    • 1 tbsp red chilli powder.
    • a pinch red edible colour.
    • ½ cup cream.
    • 1 tbsp cashew nut paste.
    • ½ tbsp coriander paste.
    • a pinch of green colour.
    • butter for basting.
    • salt to taste. 


    1. Divide the chicken pieces into three bowls,add yoghurt,ginger,green chilly paste,lime juice and salt in all the three bowls.
    2. In the first bowl add add red chilly powder and red colour.
    3. In the second bowl add cream and cashew nut  powder.
    4. In the third bowl add coriander paste and green colour.Mix well and keep aside to marinate for 2 hours.
    5. Put chicken on the skewers and cook on a moderately hot tandoor or a preheated oven on 200° Celsius until it is cooked.
    6. Apply a little butter for basting and cook for another 2 mins.
