Shami Kabab

Spicy and Delicious Shami Kabab..

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings


    • 500 gm Beef Mince
    • 100 gm Potatoes
    • 75 gm Channa Dal
    • 1 Onion (Sliced)
    • 2 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
    • 6 green Chilies
    • 1 Tesp Black Paper Powder
    • 1 Tbsp red chili powder (or to taste)
    • Salt to taste
    • 3 Whipped Eggs
    • Oil or Ghee for Frying

    Directions

    1. In cooking pot put 2 glass of water then Put Mince,Potatoes,Channa Dal, Onion,Red Chili Powder,Black Paper,Green Chilies and Salt. Let it be boil until whole water dissolves.
    2. Grind all this boiled mixture in Grinder.
    3. Makes Tikkyas from that grind mixture.
    4. Dip one by one Tikkyas in whipped eggs and fry it into fry pan. 
    5. Serve with Chutney or Salad.

    Sorry I 4get to tell that put ginger and garlic paste b4 grind the mixture..
